An over 15,000-square-foot manufacturing facility has sold for $2.95 million.
The 3.5 acre property located at 5 Century Drive in Bristol was purchased by the company currently leasing it.
The new property owner, Baumer LTD, has been leasing the building since 2023 from Industrial Builders & Realty LLC, according to a statement. “As their lease renewal was approaching, they explored the idea of purchasing the property as it had become an ideal location for Baumer North America,” according to O,R&L Commercial, who facilitated the sale. “As a pioneering sensor specialist, Baumer provides innovative standard sensors as well as customized smart sensor solutions for renowned United States companies.”
Mark Berkowitz, of O,R&L Commercial, represented Baumer LTD when they first leased the building back in March 2023 as well as representing them during the recent sale in January 2026, according to a statement.
