A large manufacturing facility in Connecticut has been sold.
According to O,R&L Commercial, the property at 1 Hillside Drive in Wolcott has sold for $3.5 million. It was purchased by JFLG LLC, who bought the property for its manufacturing company.
A 35-acre parcel, the lot includes over 33,000 square feet with a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, fully air conditioned with high ceilings and 5,500 square feet of room ideal for precision manufacturing, biotech or medical device production, according to a statement.
Toby Brimberg of O,R&L Commercial in Branford represented the seller, Blue Shutter Acquisition Corp and John Famiglietti of Commercial Connection LLC in Middlebury represented the buyer.
