A man was seriously injured when the e-bike he was riding collided with a parked car in Wethersfield on Monday.
The crash was reported in the area of 94 Goff Road around 6 p.m. when a 60-year-old man was headed north and struck a parked vehicle just before Nott Street, according to the Wethersfield Police Department.
Officers responded to the area and found the man suffering from a head injury, police said. He was treated at the scene and taken in an ambulance to an area hospital where it was found that his injury was serious but not life-threatening, according to police.
Police said the vehicle that the man struck was legally parked. It was not occupied.
The crash remains under investigation.
