A 17-year-old boy and 36-year-old man were hospitalized following a double shooting in Hartford on Thursday afternoon.
Officers were dispatched to the area of 202 Farmington Ave. around 3:47 p.m. Thursday on a report of two parties shot, according to Lt. Aaron Boisvert of the Hartford Police Department.
Officers located two victims, a 17-year-old male and a 36-year-old male, Boisvert said. Both victims were alert and conscious at the scene.
The two gunshot victims were transported to an area hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries, according to Boisvert.
The Hartford Police Department’s Major Crimes and Crime Scene Division responded to the scene and are conducting the ongoing investigation.
