Two people are in critical condition after the moped they were riding was involved in a crash in Hartford on Tuesday.
The collision occurred on Albany Avenue near Garden Street where officers responded at 5:09 p.m. on the report of a serious crash involving a vehicle and a moped, according to Lt. Aaron Boisvert of the Hartford Police Department.
Police found two people who were on a moped suffering from serious injuries, Boisvert said. Both men were taken to a hospital where they were listed in critical condition.
According to Boisvert, the driver of the vehicle that was involved remained at the scene.
